MusicAny legal

Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to MusicAny and explain the rules that apply to accounts, AI-generated content, subscriptions, credits, and uploaded media.

Effective date: August 28, 2026

1. Operator and acceptance

MusicAny is an AI-powered creative software service operated by Audiox LLC d/b/a MusicAny, a Wyoming limited liability company (“MusicAny,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our registered address is 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States.

These Terms govern your access to and use of musicany.io and the related applications, tools, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or credits, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference below. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. You must provide accurate, current information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and must promptly report suspected unauthorized access to [email protected].

You may not share, sell, or transfer an account in a way that circumvents plan, security, or eligibility limits.

3. Service and AI-generated material

MusicAny provides tools that may generate, transform, separate, enhance, or otherwise process music, audio, voices, images, and video using artificial intelligence and related software. Available tools, models, limits, and features may change over time.

AI-generated or AI-processed material (“Output”) may be inaccurate, incomplete, non-unique, similar to material generated for others, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. We do not represent that Output is human-created, copyrightable, exclusive, non-infringing, or factually accurate. The models and providers that may support a feature are described in our AI Model and Content Disclosureand, where applicable, in the product interface.

4. Your input and uploaded content

“Input” includes prompts, text, lyrics, URLs, images, video, music, audio, voice recordings, files, and other material you submit. You retain your rights in Input. You grant MusicAny and its contracted service providers a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, transform, and process Input only as reasonably necessary to:

  • provide the feature you request and deliver Output;
  • operate available safety, security, abuse-prevention, and fraud controls;
  • investigate reports, disputes, and suspected policy violations;
  • maintain, troubleshoot, and protect the Service; and
  • comply with applicable law and valid legal requests.

You represent that you own the Input or possess every permission, license, consent, publicity right, privacy right, and other authority needed to submit and process it. A publicly accessible URL does not establish that you have permission to use its contents.

You may not use any download or media-processing feature to copy material you do not own or have permission to use, or to bypass digital rights management, access controls, platform restrictions, or applicable law.

5. Voice cloning, voice simulation, and impersonation

If you upload or select a reference voice, you represent that it is your own voice or that you possess documented, informed permission from the speaker or lawful rights holder authorizing AI analysis, voice simulation, synthesis, and the intended use of the generated audio.

You must not use synthetic or altered media to deceive, defraud, harass, defame, fabricate evidence, manipulate an election, obtain money or credentials, evade identity controls, or falsely imply that a person made a statement, endorsed something, or participated in an event. Without our prior written approval, you may not simulate a public official, political candidate, celebrity, or other public figure. Sexualized synthetic media involving a real person is prohibited.

Where synthetic media could reasonably be mistaken for an authentic recording or depiction of a real person, you must clearly disclose that it is AI-generated or materially altered. We may request evidence of authority or consent and may reject or restrict a request when it cannot reasonably be verified.

6. Output and intellectual property

Subject to applicable law, these Terms, and applicable third-party model terms, we assign to you any rights we may have in Output generated specifically from your Input. This does not grant rights in third-party works, names, voices, likenesses, trademarks, protected characters, MusicAny technology, provider assets, or other material that neither you nor MusicAny has authority to grant.

You are responsible for reviewing Output and determining whether your intended use is lawful. MusicAny does not guarantee that Output is protectable by intellectual-property law, exclusive, commercially usable, or free of third-party rights.

7. Acceptable use and reports

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may use automated restrictions or provider safeguards where enabled, investigate reports, request supporting evidence, and take proportionate action. We do not promise that every Input or Output is proactively reviewed, and passing an automated control does not make content lawful or permitted.

Report suspected abuse, unauthorized voice or likeness use, infringement, or deceptive synthetic media to [email protected]with the subject “Safety Report.”

8. Plans, billing, and payment services

Current plans, prices, included credits, billing intervals, and feature limits are displayed on the pricing page before checkout. Taxes and the payment entity applicable to a purchase are shown during checkout.

Payment services are supplied by the processor or merchant of record identified at checkout, which may include Stripe. If a checkout specifically identifies Waffo Pancake as merchant of record, Waffo Pancake handles that transaction’s payment processing, applicable transaction taxes, receipt, refund administration, and payment-method data under its own terms and privacy notice. MusicAny does not store complete payment-card numbers.

We may reject or reverse a transaction where required by the payment provider, card network, sanctions rules, applicable law, or reasonable fraud-prevention controls.

9. Subscriptions, credits, and cancellation

A subscription renews automatically at the interval and price disclosed at checkout until canceled. By purchasing a recurring plan, you authorize the payment entity shown at checkout to charge the applicable fee and taxes for each renewal period.

You may manage or cancel an active subscription through the online billing portal available from your MusicAny subscription page. You may also request assistance at [email protected]. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges and does not retroactively reverse a completed charge.

Credits are a limited, non-transferable contractual right to use eligible Service features. Credits are not money, stored value, cryptocurrency, or redeemable for cash. Existing credits are not removed solely because a subscription is canceled. Any applicable expiration or feature restriction must be disclosed in the relevant plan or purchase flow.

10. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. In general, a first subscription charge or one-time credit purchase may be eligible within seven calendar days only if none of the paid credits from that purchase have been used, subject to billing-error, unauthorized-transaction, technical-failure, and mandatory-law exceptions described in that policy.

11. Third-party services

The Service may depend on third-party model, authentication, infrastructure, storage, analytics, and payment services. Their availability and processing may be governed by their own terms. MusicAny is an independent product; naming or interoperating with a third party does not imply sponsorship, certification, or endorsement.

12. Suspension and termination

We may block a request, restrict a feature, suspend an account, remove accessible content, or terminate access where we reasonably believe that:

  • you violated these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy;
  • the account presents a risk to a person, the Service, a provider, a payment network, or a third party;
  • there is fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized access, or infringement;
  • you attempted to bypass safety, access, or usage controls; or
  • action is required by law or a valid legal request.

Where appropriate, you may appeal by emailing [email protected] with the subject “AUP Appeal.” Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, intellectual-property provisions, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms, will survive.

13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, continuous availability, or accuracy of AI Output. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or remedy that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MusicAny and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, business, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid MusicAny for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction in Wyoming will have jurisdiction over disputes, except where applicable consumer law gives you a non-waivable right to use another forum or law. Before filing a formal claim, please contact us so the parties can attempt an informal resolution.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the Service, law, or our business practices change. We will post the revised version and update the effective date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice before a material change takes effect. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.
