Acceptable Use Policy
MusicAny may be used only for lawful, authorized, and non-deceptive creative purposes. This Policy applies to prompts, uploads, generated material, downloads, and downstream use.
Effective date: August 28, 2026
1. Scope and responsibility
This Policy forms part of the MusicAny Terms of Service. You are responsible for your prompts, uploaded material, generated or processed output, publication, distribution, and downstream use. You must have all rights and consents required for the content and people involved.
2. Prohibited content
You must not use MusicAny to request, create, upload, transform, distribute, or facilitate any of the following:
2.1 Sexual or NSFW content
Pornographic or sexually explicit content, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, sexualized nudity, or content intended to facilitate sexual services or abuse.
2.2 Violence or graphic content
Graphic gore, credible threats, glorification of extreme violence, support for terrorism or violent extremism, or instructions intended to facilitate physical harm.
2.3 Hate or harassment
Content that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens, or promotes hatred or discrimination against a person or protected group, as well as targeted harassment, doxxing, or encouragement of abuse.
2.4 Child sexual abuse and child-unsafe content
Any child sexual abuse material (“CSAM”), sexualized content involving a minor, grooming, child exploitation, or content that endangers a child. MusicAny applies zero tolerance to this category.
2.5 Deepfakes, impersonation, and deceptive synthetic media
Unauthorized simulation of a real person’s voice, face, or likeness; fabricated evidence; deceptive political content; scams; endorsement impersonation; identity fraud; or synthetic media intended to mislead a reasonable person about who spoke, appeared, or acted.
2.6 Copyright, trademark, and other rights violations
Content that infringes or facilitates infringement of copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, contractual, database, or other proprietary rights.
3. Other prohibited conduct
You must not:
- facilitate fraud, phishing, malware, credential theft, evasion, or financial deception;
- generate defamatory falsehoods about an identifiable person;
- interfere with or bypass safety filters, rate limits, access controls, or review systems;
- submit personal or confidential data without authority;
- use output for unlawful surveillance, biometric identification, or discriminatory eligibility decisions;
- present AI output as licensed medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice;
- scrape or systematically collect output to train a competing model without written authorization; or
- falsely claim that MusicAny or a third-party model provider sponsors or endorses you or your output.
4. Voice and likeness rules
You may process a real person’s voice or likeness only when you have documented, informed permission covering AI analysis, synthesis, and the intended use. Public officials, political candidates, celebrities, and other public figures may not be cloned or impersonated without MusicAny’s prior written approval. Sexualized synthetic media involving a real person is prohibited.
Synthetic audio, image, or video that could reasonably be mistaken for authentic media must be clearly and prominently identified as AI-generated or materially altered.
5. Downloads and third-party platforms
A download or conversion tool may be used only for content you own or are authorized to use. You may not use MusicAny to bypass digital rights management, paywalls, access controls, geographic restrictions, platform terms, or technical measures, or to redistribute protected media without permission.
6. Safety controls and review
MusicAny may apply automated restrictions and third-party provider safeguards where they are enabled for a particular feature. We also investigate reports and may request evidence of ownership, identity, permission, or context. We do not represent that every prompt, upload, or output is proactively reviewed. Passing an automated control does not make content lawful or permitted under this Policy.
7. Reporting violations
Report suspected violations, unauthorized voice or likeness use, child-safety concerns, infringement, or deceptive synthetic media to [email protected]with the subject “Safety Report.” Include, where available:
- the URL, project identifier, account, or content identifier;
- a clear explanation of the concern;
- supporting evidence of identity, ownership, authority, or lack of consent; and
- contact information for follow-up.
We prioritize reports involving children, credible threats, non-consensual intimate material, fraud, and imminent harm. We do not promise a particular result or fixed resolution time.
8. Enforcement
Depending on severity, history, evidence, and context, MusicAny may:
- reject a request or block delivery of output;
- remove or disable access to content within our control;
- issue a warning or request corrective action;
- restrict models, uploads, downloads, or generation limits;
- suspend an account pending review;
- permanently terminate an account for severe or repeated violations;
- preserve relevant evidence; or
- notify competent authorities or legally designated reporting organizations where required by law.
Credits used in prohibited or abusive attempts may not be restored. Enforcement does not limit other legal rights or remedies.
9. Appeals
You may appeal an enforcement decision by emailing [email protected]with the subject “AUP Appeal.” Include your account email, the relevant decision or content identifier, and the reason you believe the decision should be reconsidered.
